The purpose of the talk was to encourage and inspire students to take part in work experience opportunities in Germany. Students were able to find out information they might not have otherwise been able to discover from websites or brochures. Georgina spoke of the fact that through participating in work experience she gained valuable language skills and also made lasting friendships.

Georgina is currently studying German and International Studies at Bath University and believes that her experience was not only a fun and memorable time but was also invaluable with the progression of her language skills. The talk was highly inspirational and has encouraged many students to undergo some work experience in Germany in the not too distant future.
