Last week, a group of AGP students experienced a tough challenge as they took part in mock university interviews at Prior Park College in Bath.
Oxford University
The interviews are designed for students who are intending to submit early applications to Oxbridge and they are incredibly helpful preparation for the real thing. Students were given a grilling by members of staff from Prior Park, St Augustine’s and Downside. Questions were incredibly testing and unusual, ranging from “What question would you ask a candidate in an interview?” to “Do Authors have a moral duty?” The St Brendan’s group came away from the event with a better insight into the interview process and felt that it has enabled them to prepare thoroughly for the upcoming real interviews!
