Student Liason Officer Mattia Pace announced some fantastic news recently, as St Brendan’s was declared the official Alton Towers Galactica Academy!
The new Galactica ride!
Thanks to the huge support around College, and vast amounts of Tweets, St Brendan’s has won a competition with the biggest theme park in the UK. The College will be able to take three separate trips to Alton Towers throughout the year, and the first lucky group of 28 students will be the first to ride the new Alton Towers rollercoaster before it opens to the public– a virtual reality g-force ride which simulates a mission to the International Space Station. A big thank you to all who contributed to our win!
