External Placements
Students can undertake a placement in a work environment. We have developed risk assessments and protocols to ensure placements can take place and can work with you to ensure we cover safeguarding, health and safety and monitoring of student progress whilst on placement.
Wessex Water Work Experience Week June 2022
St Brendan's students recently took part in a Career Insight week at Wessex Water and gained a first-hand understanding of the construction, engineering, and science behind the corporation as they completed a week of work experience developed by Bristol Future Talent Partnerships.

Bishop Fleming Work Experience June 2022
Back in the summer, some of our students have had the opprotunity to gain accounting experience with Bishop Fleming.
They have practiced different roles within the company, engaged in real client meetings, took part in several workshops including Cv writing and Interview prep and finally completed their placement with a presentation to the members of staff.
"It's great work experience to get realistic insight on what it's like to be an accountant. It's definitely given me a detailed understanding as to what I want my specialty to be in."
