Wellbeing Resources
To ensure your well-being is not affected during the revision/exam period, we encourage you to access the following resources we have put together to help you de-stress from what can be a stressful period.
Self-care is super important and we wish to remind all students that we are here to help you with ways to stay healthy and look after yourself.
How to manage your exam anxiety
We will also be holding a number of Wellbeing Workshops to help you. The workshops are the perfect opportunity to get your questions answered in a supportive environment and are being run by our welfare team.
You can access these workshop by speaking with your teachers and/or progress tutor about any exam or wellbeing worries you have. They will then be able to refer you to the workshops.
If you feel you would benefit from this support and haven't yet spoken to anyone, please check in with your progress tutor and ask them to refer you.
